On arrival you can immediately check-in to start enjoying the services: swimming pool, bar, restaurant, mini-club and entertainment.
Valid documents of all guests, including minors of all ages, are required for check-in.

Subject to availability and for a fee, it is possible to book a late check-out (within 6 hours) or a day-use (beyond 6 hours) on site.

The payment of the Club Card, compulsory for all guests from 3 years of age, is required at check-in. It includes: entertainment, mini-club, gym, activities and sports fields (evening use of sports fields at an extra charge), swimming pool with equipped solarium, and per room one sun umbrella and two sun beds on the beach, regardless of the number of occupants.

For guests staying on All Inclusive treatment is included:

– At the Bar Centrale, during opening hours, unlimited consumption, on tap and in plastic cups of: still and sparkling water, cola, soda, iced tea, juices (ace, orange and pineapple), coffee (espresso, decaffeinated, barley, cappuccino, hot tea and infusions) and ice cream in bulk.
– From 12am to 11:30pm, limoncello, mirto, sambuca, draught beer, prosecco, spritz and alcoholic and non-alcoholic house aperitifs are served.
– From 8.30pm to 11.30pm, spirits (rum, vodka and gin) and a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails (Gin Tonic, Vodka Orange and Cuba Libre) are served.

The following applies to refundable rates:
– Up to 16 days before arrival: no penalty.
– From 15 to 11 days before arrival: 30% penalty on the total.
– From 10 to 4 days prior to arrival: penalty of 50% of the total.
– From 3 days to arrival: 100% penalty on the total.
– No show or early departure: penalty of 100% of the total.
For bookings with non-refundable rate, no change or free cancellation is possible.

Any comments made at the time of booking regarding preferences or special requirements (e.g. room on the ground floor) are taken into account but cannot be guaranteed.

Infant: 0/2 years of age.
– Compulsory infant forfeit: €30.00 per night for cot, dedicated services and meals according to adult treatment.
– Prams available free of charge, on deposit.

During the opening of the Central Restaurant, it is available our Infant Area, an equipped corner with kitchenette, sink, fridge, bottle warmer, microwave oven, pots and pans, crockery, placemats and high chairs. Food specially cooked for the little ones is available. The service, supported by the staff, is available from 11:30am to 2pm and from 6:30pm to 9pm.

Take advantage of the possibility of going on an excursion by taking a lunch box with you, in lieu of a meal at the restaurant, by contacting reception by 6pm the day before.
Takeaway lunch is also available by extra reservation on site at a cost of €15.00 per person.

Don’t worry about packing your bulky beach towel, which you can receive for free during your stay at the Resort with a mid-week change included.
You can request a change of beach towel, in addition to the weekly change included, at a cost of €2.50 per change.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the reception and the main square.

At our bazaar you will find all the basic necessities for the sea and children, as well as newspapers, tobacco, handmade souvenirs and many other products. For other needs, it is possible to request the purchase of certain more specific products, such as pharmaceuticals or children’s items, free of charge. Possibility of purchasing animation-themed gadgets and T.O.

A private, unattended car park, with limited spaces, allows you to park your vehicle inside the Resort free of charge.

From Monday to Friday, a free medical service is available at the infirmary at the following times: 9am – 10am | 6.30pm – 7.30pm.

Some services are offered for a fee upon reservation or request (e.g. baby-sitting).

You will find in your room info and prices for the laundry and ironing service (dry-cleaning also available).

Dogs, cats, rabbits max. 10kg are allowed in a limited number, upon request and prior confirmation, at a cost of €20.00 per night.
Pets, which must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier, are not allowed in: swimming pool, restaurant and bathing concession.
According to regional law, animals are not allowed on the beach, except on dedicated beaches, from 8am to 8pm.

Extra lunch or dinner, including water, white and red draught wine, beer, cola and orange juice, can be booked on site.
Extra meals are compulsory for all room occupants, unless authorised by the Management and must be booked at reception.

The restaurant does not offer a dedicated vegetarian and/or vegan menu; the kitchen may propose a dish to suit the diet followed if the buffet does not include any option corresponding to this dietary choice (e.g. pasta with vegetables).

Any food allergies or intolerances of any kind must be reported at the time of booking.
The Resort does not have a separate area for gluten-free cuisine, so the absence of contamination for non-packed products cannot be guaranteed.

Payments at the bars are made using a money card, which can be activated at the reception desk and allows you to enjoy your stay without carrying cash.
The money card is issued against a deposit of €5.00 and can be recharged with any amount in cash, credit card or debit card.
The entire unspent amount and the deposit are fully refunded when the money card is returned.

At check-in and only by cash payment, the municipality of Muravera requires a tourist tax of €2.50 per night per person from 01 June to 30 September and €1.50 in the remaining months, which is exact with a tax document. Exemptions are provided for in the municipal regulations. The amount of the tax and the periods of application may vary according to municipal resolutions.
